• Bread boxes to test kitchen/lab

Sink Booths

• Counter and sinks with
• Temperature, hardness, and pressure-controlled water

• Customized lighting
• ASTM standards
• Color masking available
• Air exchange = 5 turns per hour
• Compusense ® Five Version 4.8 for data collection
• Sliding mirrors with pass-through to product preparation area
